The question now becomes whether this developing news is good now either Google or Samsung, and the answer is somewhat unexpected. For Google, growth in the low end of the smartphone market is hard for the company to monetize. For Samsung, this growth may lead the way for the company's own operating system -- Tizen�-- still expected to be released on a premium phone later this summer.
